FastStone Image Viewer is a fast, tiny image browser, converter and editor that supports all major graphic formats like BMP, JPEG, GIF, PNG and ICO. It has a nice array of features such as image viewing, management, comparison, red-eye removal, watermarks, resizing, cropping, color adjustments, musical slideshow and more.

If you want to find a lightweight and full-featured image viewer, FastStone Image Viewer is definitely a good choice. I think the only weak point is its interface looks a bit confusing and not very attractive, but you will find out that the default design is useful soon.
