It's simple, fast and intuitive. Once you've installed the application, you can login into your own Flickr account to backup your own photos. Or you can use it to search for photos and then download them in bulkr.
You can browse your Flickr photos, explore others' photos easily in Bulkr. Please note their licenses.
Four kinds of image size you can choose to download, but the original size only available for Pro users.
In short, the free Bulkr version is limited functionality but enough for ordinary users. The free version only allows downloading 50 photos at a time.
